Visiting the website
The site's design files, fonts and images load from our own address; the site has no cookies, no analytics script and no marketing tracking. When you open a page, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser information, the address visited and the time of the request to deliver the page and keep it secure. Links to external websites connect to them only when you click.
We do not keep separate server logs of visits. In the Cloudflare dashboard we see only aggregate statistics, such as request counts and countries, not individual visitors. Cloudflare processes technical data as our processor and keeps it for as long as needed to provide the service and keep it secure, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and discuss possible cooperation. Our email service is provided by Apple (iCloud Mail).
Legal basis
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure. Email is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you. Where you yourself ask to enter into a contract with us, processing is based on steps taken before entering into that contract.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence until the matter is resolved and, where needed to defend possible claims, for up to three years after the last substantive contact. Where correspondence relates to a contract or accounting document, we keep the necessary part for the period required by law. Unneeded messages are deleted sooner.
Processors and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Apple for email. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer is not based on a European Commission adequacy decision (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing terms apply. You can read them in Cloudflare's data processing addendum and Apple's privacy terms, or ask us for a copy. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where the legal conditions are met, you have the right to data portability. Writing to us is voluntary; without your contact details we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.
